I acknowledge with deep understanding that Illumina Space does not serve as a replacement for consulting with a medical care provider or my GP. In the presence of known medical conditions, I affirm that I have sought guidance from a healthcare professional regarding any physical, mental, or emotional condition that might impact my judgment or potentially affect my well-being throughout or after the session.

Policy

In order to secure your booking, it is necessary to make the payment for the session. Please note that if the payment is not completed within 6 hours of your booking, the booking will be automatically canceled.

Once a booking is made, please be aware that refunds are not available. However, you have the flexibility to change your booking time and date up to three times, as long as it is done at least 24 hours prior to your original booking.

For a membership, it is not permissible for anyone else to attend on your behalf if you are unable to come. However, in the event of a whole group acceptance, you have the option to transfer your membership to a family member or friend.

At Illumina Space, we prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. Rest assured that all your contact information will be safeguarded and not shared with any third parties, unless there is a joint event where collaboration is necessary.

Furthermore, we maintain a strict policy of confidentiality for all discussions and shared content during our sessions. Your personal experiences, thoughts, and emotions will be treated with utmost respect and kept confidential, unless there is a genuine concern for the safety and well-being of yourself or others.
Please note that any content, including materials shared during sessions, on our website, or official social media platforms, is owned by Illumina Space. Usage or distribution of such content requires explicit agreement and consent from Illumina Space.
